I am sole practitioner with more that 30 years of bankruptcy law experience. Since 1989 my practice has been limited to bankruptcy and matters related to bankruptcy. My office isa conveniently located in a small commercial zone in a largely residential neighborhood in Wallingford-Greenlake area. Free onstreet parking is readily available. 

Pursuant to the United States Bankruptcy Code ("Bankruptcy Code" amended on April 20, 2005) any person assisting in or actually rendering bankruptcy assistance services to an "Assisted Person" is now called a Debt Relief Agency ("DRA"). The Law mandates that DRAs must provide certain information to an Assisted Person(s) no later than 3-business days after the first date of such services and other information no later than 5-days after that same date on which a debt relief agency first offers to provide any bankruptcy assistance services to a potential Assisted Person. The date, which triggers these time lines, will usually be the date of the initial consultation.

N.B.: The Law requires me to tell you that I am a Debt Relief Agency and that I help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

I charge a nonrefundable fee $325 for an initial consultation for all types of bankruptcy, which may last up to an hour and a half. This fee will be credited against the cost and fees that we would agree to in writing if we mutually agreed that I would go forward and provide bankruptcy assistance services to you as an Assisted Person.
